Appointment & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Security & Payment

A valid credit card or gift certificate is required to secure all appointments.

Pay at Venue

Your credit card is securely held on file to confirm your reservation and will not be charged before your visit.

Online Prepayment

If you choose to prepay online, your payment will be applied directly toward your scheduled service.

Refunds & Fee Deductions

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the applicable notice period are eligible for a full refund or credit, as applicable. For late cancellations, late arrivals, intake-form refusals, or no-shows, applicable fees may be deducted from any prepaid amount or charged to the credit card or gift certificate on file.

Authorization to Charge Applicable Fees

By completing your booking, you authorize Leelawadee Thai Spa to charge the applicable cancellation, late cancellation, no-show, or other fee described in this policy to the payment method provided.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee.

Individual & Couple Appointments (1-2 Guests)

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge.

Group Appointments (3 or More Guests)

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Group appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less notice than the applicable period above are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.

Same-Day & Last-Minute Appointments

Same-day appointments require at least 2 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Appointments booked less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered last-minute appointments. Once confirmed, cancellation or rescheduling is subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, and no-shows are charged 100%:

• Cancellation after confirmation: 50% of the scheduled service price
• Rescheduling after confirmation: 50% of the scheduled service price
• No-show: 100% of the scheduled service price

This policy applies regardless of how the appointment was booked or how much time remains before the scheduled appointment.

3. On-Site Cancellations & Service Refusals

If you arrive for your appointment and choose not to proceed for reasons unrelated to the quality, safety, or availability of the service provided by Leelawadee Thai Spa, or if the service cannot be performed due to undisclosed medical conditions (such as pregnancy), a 50% late cancellation fee will apply to compensate for the reserved therapist and room time.

4. Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment in order to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full service price will still apply, and no partial refund or adjustment will be provided.

If we are unable to accommodate an appointment due to extreme tardiness, the appointment will be treated as a no-show, and the applicable no-show fee will apply.

5. Intake Form & Client Information

A fully and accurately completed client intake form is required before receiving any massage service. For the safety and comfort of both clients and therapists, Leelawadee Thai Spa is unable to provide massage services without a completed intake form.

If a client arrives for an appointment and declines or refuses to complete the required intake form, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.

6. Health & Medical Conditions

Leelawadee Thai Spa does not offer prenatal (pregnancy) massage services. For safety and liability reasons, we are unable to provide massage treatments to clients who are currently pregnant.

Please inform us at the time of booking, or before your appointment, if you have high blood pressure, allergies, recent surgeries, or injuries, if you are taking medications, or if you have any other medical conditions that may affect the suitability or modification of your massage service. Certain massage techniques may need to be modified or avoided for your safety and comfort.

If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate for your condition, please consult your healthcare professional before booking.

If an appointment cannot proceed upon arrival due to an undisclosed health or medical condition, including pregnancy, the appointment will be treated as an on-site cancellation and a 50% late cancellation fee will apply.

7. Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a booking with Leelawadee Thai Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Appointment & Cancellation Policy.

Management Discretion

Leelawadee Thai Spa reserves the right to waive or modify a cancellation or other fee in exceptional circumstances at management's discretion.
