How does billing work?+
Your card is charged once a month on the day you joined, GST included, and your monthly sessions refresh the same day. You’ll get an email each time it renews - no surprises.
What if I don’t use a session one month?+
Unused sessions roll over one month, so a busy stretch never costs you a massage. Rolled-over sessions are used first the next time you visit.
Can I cancel?+
Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled any time before your next renewal - just ask at the spa or reach out from your account. Tiers with a minimum commitment open up for cancellation once the commitment is complete.
Where can I use my sessions?+
At both our spas - Downtown (1282 Howe St) and Cambie Village (3344 Cambie St) - unless a tier is marked for one location.
What about visits beyond my included sessions?+
Most tiers include member pricing on additional visits and add-ons - the details are listed with each membership above.
