The Location

The most convenient Thai spa in Downtown Vancouver

Our Pacific Centre location sits at 569 Howe Street - the corner of Howe and Dunsmuir, directly across from CF Pacific Centre mall. It's the most transit-accessible Leelawadee location: two SkyTrain stations are within a two-minute walk (Vancouver City Centre on the Canada Line, Granville Station on the Expo and Millennium lines), and the 5 Robson, 50 Waterfront, and 240 North Van bus routes all stop within a block.

This location was built around the rhythm of downtown professionals: office workers from the surrounding financial district towers who want a proper Thai massage on their lunch break or after a long day, hotel guests in the surrounding hotels who need bodywork between meetings, and visitors arriving from the airport or Richmond who want their first Vancouver experience to be a restorative one. The space is quiet and unhurried - once you step through the door, the energy of the city outside drops away.

Every treatment room is private. Every therapist is trained in the WATPO lineage of traditional Thai bodywork - the same authentic technique Leelawadee has practised since 2005 across our Howe Street and Cambie Village locations. Pacific Centre is our newest location and brings the same standard of practice to Vancouver's central business district. We are the only dedicated Thai spa in this corridor with a 20-year operating history behind it.

Common Questions

Pacific Centre Location FAQ

No - our location is at 569 Howe Street, directly across from Pacific Centre on the corner of Howe and Dunsmuir. The mall is a 30-second walk away. The location entrance is on the street, not inside the shopping centre.

Two stations are within a two-minute walk. Vancouver City Centre (Canada Line) sits one block north on Granville Street, and Granville Station (Expo and Millennium lines) is one block south. From the airport, Richmond, or anywhere on the SkyTrain network, this is the easiest Vancouver location to reach.

Pacific Centre Parkade is the most convenient option - direct underground access from Howe Street, validated rates available. The CF Pacific Centre garage entrance on Howe is half a block away. Street parking on Howe Street is metered and tends to fill up during business hours, so the parkade is usually faster.

Yes - our 60-minute sessions are popular with downtown professionals during lunch (12pm-2pm) and after work (5pm-7pm). We recommend booking 1-2 days ahead for weekday lunch slots, which tend to fill up fastest. Walk-ins are welcome when therapists are available.

Our therapists are not Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) and sessions cannot be claimed through extended health benefits. Leelawadee is a traditional Thai wellness spa - the techniques we use are rooted in WATPO-trained Thai bodywork traditions rather than the Swedish-based clinical model used by RMT practice. If insurance coverage is a priority, we are not the right fit.

For traditional Thai massage, you remain fully clothed throughout the session in loose, comfortable clothing - no oil is used, and there is no disrobing. For oil-based treatments such as deep tissue, hot oil, or aromatherapy massage, you will undress to your comfort level and be fully draped throughout. Robes are provided at the location.
