Yes - street parking on Cambie Street is generally available during the day and evening. Metered spots run directly outside the studio, and there are additional residential side streets nearby where parking is typically free. This is a much easier parking situation than the downtown location.

Do you take walk-ins at the Cambie location?

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. The Cambie location tends to be busiest on weekend afternoons and weekday evenings, so we recommend booking online if you have a specific time in mind. For midweek daytime sessions, same-day availability is usually good.

What are your hours at Cambie Street?

The Cambie location is open daily from 10am to 8pm, including weekends and holidays. The last booking for a 60-minute session is at 7pm, and for a 90-minute session at 6:30pm.

Are your sessions covered by extended health insurance?

Our therapists are not Registered Massage Therapists (RMT), and sessions cannot be submitted for extended health benefits. Leelawadee is a traditional Thai wellness spa - our methods are grounded in WATPO-trained Thai bodywork, not the clinical Swedish model that RMT practice is based on. We are not the right fit if insurance reimbursement is essential.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nothing - we provide everything you need. For oil-based treatments, you'll undress to your comfort level and be fully draped throughout. For traditional Thai massage, you remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing (we can provide spa wear if needed). Towels and robes are on hand. Just arrive a few minutes early for your first visit.

Leelawadee has been here since 2005. The studio is on Cambie Street between Broadway and King Edward, close to Granville Island and a short walk from the Canada Line at Broadway-City Hall station.

This is the only dedicated Thai spa in Cambie Village - there's no equivalent within the neighbourhood. Take the Canada Line to Broadway-City Hall Station. Walk south on Cambie Street - the studio is approximately a 5-minute walk. This is the most direct transit option and connects easily from downtown, Richmond, and the airport.

By Bus

The 15 Cambie bus runs the full length of Cambie Street and stops directly outside. The 99 B-Line along Broadway intersects at the Canada Line station, making connections from UBC, Commercial Drive, and the East Side straightforward.

Parking

Street parking on Cambie Street is metered and generally easy to find, especially compared to the downtown location. Side streets in the immediate area - including West 17th and West 18th Avenue - often have free parking within a short walk. No dedicated parking on-site, but this is not a difficult area to park in.

From Granville Island

The Cambie location is a 10-minute drive from Granville Island. It's a natural pairing for a day out - visit the market, browse the galleries, then end the afternoon with a session at the spa. Street parking between the two is straightforward.
