How does the package redemption work?+
After purchase, your package is saved to your Square customer profile using the email and phone number you enter. Book included treatments through the regular booking flow with the same contact details. If a matching package looks available, we may show a reminder while you book; final redemption is confirmed and applied by our team when you visit.
Do packages expire?+
Yes. Each package shows its own validity window before checkout, such as 30 days, 3 months, or 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I share a package with my partner or a friend?+
Packages are tied to one customer profile, but you're welcome to use a session for someone else. Just let our team know at the front desk and we'll redeem it on your behalf.
Can I use the package at either location?+
Yes - packages are valid at both Downtown (1282 Howe St) and Cambie Village (3344 Cambie St) locations.
What if I forget which contact details I used?+
No problem - give us a call or mention your name at the front desk and we'll look up your package. Using the same email and phone number when booking just helps us identify it faster.
Are upgrades or add-ons covered?+
The package covers the listed treatment durations. Add-ons (like hot stone or aromatherapy) and longer time upgrades are paid separately at the time of your visit.
