Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person, and are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us by email or text. We ask that you arrive a few minutes before your start time; late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so that following guests are not delayed, and the full service price still applies.

We reserve the right to decline or end a service where a guest behaves inappropriately toward our team, or where a treatment would be unsuitable for a guest's health circumstances. Our services are relaxation and wellness treatments; they are not medical or therapeutic care, and our therapists are not registered massage therapists.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a visit. Cancellations made within our cancellation window, and appointments where a guest does not arrive, may be subject to a fee charged to the payment method on file. The current cancellation window and any applicable fee are shown when you book and in your confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices, services, and promotions may change at any time; the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to that appointment. Deposits or prepayment may be required for certain services, larger groups, or peak times.

Gift Cards, Packages, and Memberships

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards do not expire. Packages and memberships may include limits on how sessions are used within a period; those terms are shown at the time of purchase. Memberships that renew automatically continue until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.

Mobile Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number when booking, you agree to receive text messages from Leelawadee Thai Spa relating to your appointment — confirmations, reminders, changes, and replies to questions you send us. You can reply directly to any of these messages to reach our front desk.

Message frequency varies and depends on your bookings — typically one or two messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out does not cancel your appointment, and we will continue to reach you by email where needed. Promotional texts are sent only to guests who have separately agreed to receive marketing from us, and can be stopped the same way.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts on our behalf.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Health and Suitability

Please tell us about any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant, before your treatment begins, so we can adapt the service or recommend a more suitable one. You are responsible for providing accurate information. If you have a medical concern, please consult a physician before booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the spa.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
